A personal programme of reading and study will be agreed with your line manager and additional training conferences will be identified throughout the year.
Interns will work under the day to day supervision of a staff member, and will have regular reviews during the year. They will meet weekly with the staff team and from time to time they will have opportunity for intern training with a member of the senior team.
Internships are possible for between 2 – 4 days per week, depending on the availability of the intern and the responsibility of the position. Interns will have a fairly structured weekly timetable that will be reviewed during the year.
Internships are offered on a part time basis to enable additional part time work. Accommodation with a church family may be possible. An accommodation grant is available for £100 per month, which would be passed on to a host family where relevant.
Applications close 21 April. Apply via the Cairn website by completing both the Training Hub and Internship application forms.
