Our Elders are responsible for discerning the vision that God has given us through prayer, conversation and listening to God together. Together with the staff Senior Leadership Team (SLT), they make up our Leadership Team. Our Elders our elected by our church, and are the trustees of the church, so have specific and regulated responsibilities in that regard especially around our finances.
